Polar Vortex Niagara Falls, 2014
James Neiss —- American
- 1960
On January 10, 2014, James Neiss photographed Niagara Falls in true winter adornment during a weather pattern called a Polar Vortex. The intense cold caused the spray from Niagara Falls to freeze and build up, turning the surrounding landscape into a winter wonderland.
